As a Support Analyst at Sauce, you will look after multiple api driven web/mobile apps post release. Working alongside the Support Team to prioritise and fix bugs when reported by clients.
The environment is chill, but the work is fast-paced, so you will have to be able to manage your time and be self-motivated. The salary range will be between £24,000 and £28,000 with a number of perks and benefits that come with a modern digital company in a tech hub.
The business prides itself on our ability to work with clients to deliver projects, so experience / confidence in meeting with / planning and developing projects as a team is necessary.
At least 1 year experience in technical support environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of databases and SQL scripts (Training can also be provided)
