The Role

As a Support Analyst at Sauce, you will look after multiple api driven web/mobile apps post release. Working alongside the Support Team to prioritise and fix bugs when reported by clients.

The environment is chill, but the work is fast-paced, so you will have to be able to manage your time and be self-motivated. The salary range will be between £24,000 and £28,000 with a number of perks and benefits that come with a modern digital company in a tech hub.

What we are looking for

The business prides itself on our ability to work with clients to deliver projects, so experience / confidence in meeting with / planning and developing projects as a team is necessary.

  • Providing technical support to external customers.
  • End-to-end ownership of customer reported issues and updating the assigned service requests on a daily basis. Also understanding the SLA of assigned projects/customers
  • Prioritising issues and diagnosing and troubleshooting customer issues and identifying proper solutions
  • Maintaining relationships with clients - conducting periodical meetings along with the Support Team. We are a heavily customer focused business so an ability to create & maintain good relationships is a must.
  • Helping the support team to feedback and improve on common support issues, documenting solutions and finding efficient solutions to recurring tasks
  • Some understanding of the basics of web development (HTML, CSS and JS)


  • At least 1 year experience in technical support environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Team Player

  • Knowledge of databases and SQL scripts (Training can also be provided)
